What we do
- Monitor reportable infectious diseases by identifying newly diagnosed cases, and Analyzing trends in newly diagnosed cases.
- Manage cases by locating people who have been exposed to sexually transmitted diseases, and contacting them and refer them to screening services.
- Control disease outbreaks by planning public health responses to outbreaks of sexually transmitted diseases.
