The Rhode Island Department of Health (RIDOH) has terminated the filing for amendments to these regulations which were open for public comment from May 29, 2025 to June 30, 2025. RIDOH is now proposing amendments containing the same language as the terminated filing, but is now utilizing regular rulemaking.
