The Rhode Island Department of Health has terminated the previous proposed amendment filing for the Rhode Island Food Code (216-RICR-50-10-1). RIDOH has submitted a newer proposal which is now available for public comment. Please note that the new proposal contains the same amendments as the prior filing with one additional change: an update to a citation to the FDA Food Code in section 1.7.2(A)(2).
