Case reporting

• Active tuberculosis cases are required to be reported within four days of recognition. Complete and return an Active Tuberculosis Case Report Form to the Center for HIV, Viral Hepatitis, STD, and TB Epidemiology Program.
• Latent Tuberculosis Infection (LTBI) cases are required to be reported within four days of recognition. Complete and return a Latent Tuberculosis Case Report Form to the Center for HIV, Viral Hepatitis, STD, and TB Epidemiology Program.

• Utilize State Laboratory Testing for Specimen Submissions
