Mission

To evaluate the effectiveness, accessibility and quality of population-based health services.

What we do

  • Foster a culture of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI).
  • Train and engage staff in the use of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) tools in individual, programmatic and departmental efforts.
  • Maintain compliance with minimum standards and measures set by the Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB), which are based on the 10 essential public health services.
