Physical Therapy Compact Commission Notice of Proposed Rulemaking
The Physical Therapy Compact Commission is requesting public comment on the proposed amendments to its Rules. Pursuant to Section 9 of the Physical Therapy Compact, the Commission is required to post this Notice at least thirty (30) days in advance of the meeting at which the Rules will be considered and voted upon by the Commission. The deadline to submit comments is 5:00 pm EST on December 5, 2025. Comments can be sent electronically to info@ptcompact.org.

Renewal Notices for Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, and Veterinarians
There has been a delay in mailing renewal notices for physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and veterinarians. If you have not received a renewal notice yet, email doh.elicense@health.ri.gov and ask for your Registration Code. Licensees for these three categories will not be charged a penalty for late renewal until after May 1, 2022.
