Seal RI!

We can help you

  • Prevent tooth decay in children by almost 80%.

How it works

Dental professionals come to schools to apply sealants, thin plastic coatings to the chewing surfaces of the back teeth (molars, which is where most tooth decay in children and teens occurs). Sealants are best placed on the adult molars as soon as they come in - usually around the age of 6 for first molars and age 12 or 13 for second molars.

Who we help

Children who go to school in areas with high levels of need for dental care.

Cost

Covered by most insurances.
