Parking
Parking at the Cannon Building is limited. Before 3:00 p.m., visitors must park at the metered spaces close to the building. Parking lots are open to visitors after 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Visitor Information
All visitors to the Cannon Building must use the main entrance (parking lot side) and check in with the security guard at the Capitol Police desk. Staff will escort visitors to the office they wish to visit.

Parking
A limited number of short-term (10-15 minute) parking spots are available in a small parking lot next to the loading docks. Visitors can use this lot to drop off samples or pick up testing supplies from Laboratory Central Services.

Other visitors must use the entrance at 150 Richmond Street and check in with the security guard at the front desk. Visitors must show proper identification, such as a driver’s license, Department of Health identification badge, or another photo ID.

Free parking is available for guests and employees immediately next to the building and in the parking lot just to the right of the building. Guests should not park in other spaces.
Visitor Information
Visitors must push a button at the public entrance doors located at the front left side of the building to be admitted to the waiting room where they can interact with staff through a pass-through security window.
To gain further entrance into the building, visitors must show a government-issued photo ID or Department of Health identification badge, sign in, receive a visitor badge, and sign out when they leave.
