Screening to Succeed Program
To identify, and get help for, children at-risk for poor developmental or mental health outcomes as early as possible.
What we do
Provide hardware, bonuses, and technical assistance to encourage primary care offices to adopt and use standarized, electronic, early childhood developmental screening systems.
Follow-up with the families, physicians and child care providers of infants and toddlers (younger than 3 years) with results that were out of the normal range and refer the children to appropriate resources.
