Mission

To assure the viability of a safe, accessible and affordable healthcare system that is available to all of the citizens of the state.

What we do

• Review proposals for the transfer of 20% or more of ownership, assets, membership interest, authority or control of a hospital.
• Seek public comment on hospital conversions and/or mergers.
• Recommend action on hospital conversions / mergers to the Director.
