What we do

Develop key RIDOH policy positions and strategies

Convene internal workgroups to research and make recommendations to RIDOH leadership on various policy topics

Create and manage internal work groups related to cross-cutting regulations

Analyze any new laws to determine if accompanying regulations are needed

Work with programs to conduct legislative policy research and drafting legislative position papers

Manage legislatively mandated reports and regulations-related requests from constituents or legislators
