Mission
To control the person-to-person spread of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs).
What we do

Monitor reportable infectious diseases by identifying newly diagnosed cases, and Analyzing trends in newly diagnosed cases.

Manage cases by locating people who have been exposed to sexually transmitted diseases, and contacting them and refer them to screening services.

Control disease outbreaks by planning public health responses to outbreaks of sexually transmitted diseases.
