These regulations are open for advanced notice of proposed rulemaking and comments will be accepted through May 16, 2026. A community review for the proposed regulations is being held on Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room 2A at the Department of Administration Building, 1 Capitol Hill in Providence, RI.
