Refugee Health Program
To ensure that refugees and asylees enter into a comprehensive system of care that adequately responds to their unique health care needs by addressing the coordination of care, surveillance, epidemiology, education, and training.
What we do
- Assist refugees with the medical screening requirements for the adjustment of status process.
- Convene partners to identify and resolve system barriers to appropriate care for refugees.
- Train providers initiate a comprehensive health assessment within 30 days of arrival.
- Work in conjunction with the Refugee Resettlement Agencies and has a large network of partners.
