Healthy Rhode Island and CLAS

Healthy Rhode Island 2010 is a guide for public health improvement efforts in Rhode Island. Since 2000, Healthy RI 2010 has been tracking progress on 27 health objectives intended to reduce health disparities and increase the quality and years of healthy life for all Rhode Islanders. Healthy RI 2010 will be winding down with a final status report to be issued in 2011 while at the same time, launching the Healthy RI 2020 initiative. Similar to its predecessor, Healthy RI 2020 will identify decade long statewide health objectives, aligned with Healthy People 2020 national goals and objectives that address the social and environmental determinants of health and promote health across all stages of life.
