Family Visitors engage families

Assist first time pregnant people to find prenatal care. Provide education to increase knowledge about pregnancy, labor and delivery. Provide support around child growth and development and link families with social services and community resources.

We work with families

First-time pregnant people that are less than 28 weeks pregnant up until the child turns 2. Partners and other family members may join in the visits.
